My recommended hermeneutic approach to reading Sri Aurobindo is to read carefully enough to distinguish his extended statements of contrary views given in his own voice, from his statement of his own views in his own voice. I readily admit it's sometimes quite difficult to discern the difference, and can be even harder to demonstrate to other's satisfaction. Maybe I’ll try again with your biographer :) Kepler
